By downloading, installing, or using AquaDucked! ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

AquaDucked! is a physics-based puzzle game where players guide a rubber duck through levels. The Game includes:
- Single-player puzzle levels
- A level editor for creating custom levels
- "The Pond" - a community feature for sharing and playing user-created levels
- QR code sharing for individual levels
3. User Accounts
Some features, including uploading levels to The Pond, require creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User-Generated Content
When you create and share levels through The Pond or QR codes, you:
- Retain ownership of your original content
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Game
- Confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Accept that other users may play, download, and share your public levels
5. Content Guidelines
You agree NOT to create or share content that:
- Is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
- Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Contains personal information of others without consent
- Is designed to harass, bully, or harm other users
- Contains malicious code, exploits, or attempts to manipulate the Game
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its code, graphics, audio, and design, is owned by NickTheDuck and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game's code or assets
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Game
- Use the Game's assets for commercial purposes without permission
- Create derivative works based on the Game without authorization
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game and The Pond at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Is harmful to other users or third parties
- Is harmful to us or the Game's integrity
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
10. Changes to Terms
